We have inaugurated our new Experience Centre in Colombia!

Inchcape, the world's largest independent automotive distributor, announced the opening of its new multi-brand Experience Centre at the Avenida Chile Shopping Centre, marking another step within its network of 41 Experience Centres — including company-owned retail outlets and allied dealerships — and the investment of approximately USD 10 million that Inchcape and its network have made in Colombia across its portfolio of brands. The space represents an evolution from the traditional dealership to an environment designed to discover, experience, and connect with the brands.

With 857 square metres and the capacity to display up to 18 vehicles, the Experience Centre brings together the portfolios of Subaru, Suzuki, Citroën, and GWM in one location. The offering includes combustion, hybrid, and 100% electric models, featuring advanced driver assistance systems and varying levels of electrification depending on the brand and model.

In this format, customers can compare brands, origins, technologies, and prices in one place, with access to comprehensive information and support from specialised teams. The Experience Centre also offers value-added services such as financing, insurance, trade-in of used vehicles, and accessorisation, as well as test drives of up to 48 hours, all under the backing and standards of the Inchcape brand.

This is the third Inchcape company-owned Experience Centre in Bogotá, following its locations in Usaquén, inaugurated in 2024, and Morato, opened earlier this year. The new space brings together various automotive brands, allowing users to explore different vehicle and service options in one place.

Regarding this milestone, Héctor Corredor, Managing Director of the Northern Andean Cluster for Inchcape Americas, stated: “This model responds to the evolution of our customers, who today seek to compare technologies, enjoy a more comprehensive purchasing experience, and rely on trusted support. We are proud that this is not just an initiative in our own outlets; our dealership network has also embraced this model and invested in this vision. Avenida Chile is a new step in this joint strategy that reflects the leadership of the brands we represent in Colombia.”

With this opening, Inchcape advances the evolution of its retail model in Colombia under the Accelerate+ strategy, which aims to bring its portfolio of brands and capabilities closer to users through spaces that integrate various mobility solutions. In Bogotá, this initiative translates into a multi-brand experience that brings together different vehicle and service options in one place, simplifying the exploration and purchasing process for customers.

“In a location where we already had a presence, we are taking a step forward with a renewed Experience Centre designed to place the customer at the heart of the operation: here, people can interact with different brands and technologies, test the vehicles, and choose the option that best meets their needs,” said Ricardo Orozco, Retail Director of Inchcape Colombia.
